Refunds
EverBlessedEmpire has an absolute NO REFUND policy. You cannot refund any wigs, hair extensions, merchandise, and/or any digital purchases. There are absolutely no exchanges as well. This means that all hair, wigs, frontals, closures, merchandise, and digital products are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges. This is due to the nature of hair extensions, as well as, health and sanitary reasons. We like to keep all inventory at EverBlessed clean and brand new!
Shipping
EverBlessedEmpire would like to thank you for your support. We are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped and in the care of FedEx. Our usual standard shipping time is 1-3 business days not including our processing time. Our processing time can range from 8-14 days for all units. Orders are processed on business days (Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 6PM EST will be processed the next business day. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam/junk mail if our email is not present in your main inbox. Your billing address and shipping address must match. These two must match in order to complete your transaction with us. EverBlessedEmpire reserves the right to request additional payment/shipping verification after your order has been submitted. Your package will require a signature. Please be aware.

Upon purchase please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and receive your access to your online content. Every single content such as ebooks, classes, programs, and more are copyright protected. Please do not share any of our content with anybody that has not purchased it for him/herself. Students are not allowed to replicate what they have learned in attempt of selling it as their own or sharing to outsiders. There are no refunds/exchanges/order cancellations on any of the digital content you purchase from EverBlessedEmpire. All Sales Are Final!

Furthermore, as of right now EverBlessedEmpire has no payment plan for any of its digital content. Full payments are required. We reserve the right to change this at any given time. All class fees are due prior to class and are NON- REFUNDABLE and FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CLASSES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

EverBlessedEmpire LLC is not responsible for any payments that are not verifiable. These include but are not limited to : INVALID ZIP CODE, THE NAME ON THE CARD BEING DIFFERENT FROM THE NAME ON THE ORDER, INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS. INCORRECT EMAIL USED FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER.
IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE VERIFIED WITHIN 5-7 DAYS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND SEND YOU BACK YOUR MONEY!
